Working with local authorities, government departments and national organisations, our team are experienced in guiding commercial interior projects through all of the RIBA stages.

Taking a design-led approach, we consider the building’s end users and how they interact with the space available. Reviewing all roles within the building footprint - from maintenance staff and delivery drivers to clients and executives – we interrogate the use of space. Prioritising wellbeing and sustainability, we challenge the design brief and carry out extensive appraisals to rationalise assets, improve operational efficiencies of frontline offices, and maximise the use of space, light and ventilation. 

Across our team, we have delivered: designs for Covid-compliant offices; the redesign for a church into a commercial hub; successful designs for internal fit-outs for high street retailers, and environmentally-friendly modular buildings; as well as business park masterplanning, and our own office at SCAPE HQ.

By utilising offsite techniques, we can reduce onsite waste and project timescales whilst significantly improving the building’s insulation and air permeability values. Our team can also work closely with other consultants to improve operational efficiencies such as low energy bills and through working in a BIM environment we can meet tight deadlines and budgets. By taking this design-led approach, our clients and their teams have benefitted from improved onsite facilities as well as employee wellbeing and overall site operational efficiency.
